These journeys have led me to a place where I feel I have something to share, and an understanding I hope that can help others. I set out with a dream, I researched it, I evaluated myself constantly along the way, I acted on my plans and now I hope to motivate others to reach their own peaks and potential in whatever their dreams are… Thus with my closest friend of 17 years, Fabian Koss, we founded REACH YOUR PEAK for just that purpose. This is our DREAM…

Fabian and I used the same D.R.E.A.M. process to create this organization, and want to share it with others. Again after we set our goal to create REACH YOUR PEAK, we did our research on other programs out there and evaluated where we saw a need for the ideas and ideals that came from our heart. Fabian introduced me to Mike McCabe & Steve Culbertson of Youth Service America, and Tatiana Gau of AOL/Time Warner, an active philanthropist and together along with my friend, Cari Ross, a top Hollywood Publicist, we all set out to create this organization. Everyday with every conversation we learn more about what is needed by youth today, and how we can better use RYP to help them. We will always be repeating the Research, Evaluate, and Action steps to best help the youth of today who are our leaders and neighbors of tomorrow...
